Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During the Goldfield Days season or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States using USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

• USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days (if selected)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Lost or Delayed Packages

GoldfieldPins.com is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll work with you to find a solution.
